User not authorized: No valid session found. - GSM-Forum

hi all,

somebody knows why it shows this error: User not authorized: No valid session found.

i get the error when i enter in the support site, i go to files and when i try to open the file, for example nokia files that it shows this error in red letters.
i tried it with different servers but everytime the same.

hope somebody knows the answer.

I think the server is still down....

no,
servers are showing online.
and tried it with all servers online
