this is the first problem

its aprear after write bb5 rpl backup
program auto shutdown and show this error

still a wait the revision for solving start in the karspesky version 7 . couse i don't have another full version of anti virus ?

cant backup bb5 rpl,,but on 3.2 rev 1_3 can backup,,

Hi,
first please check if you already 'Delete Port' created by VCOM, before switching to other module.

about bb5 write rpl bugs(sw closed unexpectedtly):
Are you sure you have installed latest release?
this is problem exists on revision 2.0, and has been fixed in rev 2.1

Sorry, am afraid i can not manage to fix this.

kaspersky 7 is OLD product, the NEWEST version of kaspersky does not have this problem.

yes i mobile
i use last version
i didnt use vcom,but after u told me i trying with it 2 set com to use it with another program
after work done i want to delet port but program hung and go to not responding case
many times i try but always hang
today i used new version 3.2 rev 2
i found last bugs insid and more
jaf interface not support dct4
jaf interface cant work with bb5 models
usb rom cant work with n96

Hi,

first, select JAF FLASHER INTERFACE, not JAF Port.
second, you just need some more retry.
