Warnning downgrade N96-1 Rm-247 or flash it with last version (answered)

Warnning downgrade N96-1 Rm-247 or flash it with last version
Before doing any procedjure with N96-1 , first backup imi: all section by jaf ,mt
hwk or whatever but the best tool to do that is Mxkey
Second if u have not mxkey do it at ur own risk coz update and downgrade
for example in jaf or hwk make sp data corrupted after downgrade and
the result is contact service .Then u will be in a problem coz u havent Mxkey
it is the only tool to solve it ,otherwise dont update it ,it create another problem ,blinks white screen and switch off immediately after update
Third we can use the last verion in case of it is completely dead and it works but still blink white and switch off immediately , make info ,it shows detail ,downgrade it to lower version e.g RM-247_11.018_010.1_ and then of course, contact service. Mxkey only will solve it and no need to buy Rpl
Hope to be useful 4 u
Say thanks if it is useful

In my experienced, downgrade never caused contact service, it makes the phone death or it will switch on, but just blink or Nokia logo comes and then hang or switch off. Also you cannot enter into another mode, i.e local mode, test mode .. etc.

Also you said,
Second if u have not mxkey do it at ur own risk coz update and downgrade
for example in jaf or hwk make sp data corrupted after downgrade and

Not true Bro, update will never ever make sp data corrupted, where did you get these info?? Sorry bro, but i have to say this, Please read before you post, the information you've given here are all wrong.

Bro, how to use phoenix? Do we need any additional hardware to use phoenix? Or is it possible to use by only Authorized Nokia Service Center?
