Wen will mx-key support the new generation card ?

I have a good offer for 6950 which can be modded to 6970 by bios flash and in a crossfire mode its more powerful than 5970

These are only estimations, depending on GPU architecture results may be very different in reality. But ratios should be OK within same family.
GPU prices more or less valid for autumn 2010 (newegg.com used).

There are many successful unlocks with this gpu-s, that means that mx key can add support also for 6xxx series, but when ??????

Mate 6970 is a half of 5970 , u need to read more , u don't need an gpu for solitaire , i think u need it for unlock a phone , for that , u need to see what u need .
6970 have 1500 shader units , and 5970 have 3200 shader units , these is what u need .
If u need a gpu for games go for nvidia .

5970 is obsolete its not produced anymore
