but should give replacement of this malcfuntioned boxes free of charge....

No need SX4 server anymore. You can do it anytime from your desktop stand alone no internet:

- BB5 > Service > PM > Press Repair SD, follow on screen message

IPMART is not changing any HTI to his users, he made that clear in his emails.
I give 15 usd, yes. How much will cost you to pay delivery to send it back to reseller?

I think is more then fair this 15 usd.
