DO make folder named RM-495 in c:\program file\nokia\phonex\product

Its already presnt there bro
just change your target folder for files from
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products
to
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products

then post results here.
