Why any body not answering my question

Here on this forum every member suggests for buying credits to repair SUPER SD Auth. and PPM Auth.

I bought 200 credits

100 for DCT4+ and
100 for BB5

Now when i check support area i get

150 credits for DCT4+ and
133 credits for BB5

I have made almost 200 attempts to reapir SUPER SD and PPM for 1 & 309 field PM .. but

Try "Repair SD" and "Super SD Auth" then write PM. Check server in server list and select it.

my internet connection is ok .. and how long the server will be bussy .. customers do not understand it

Try "Repair SD" and "Super SD Auth" then write PM. Check server in server list and select it.

that is strange i already know the way to repair .. but the server is responding with error
and how we select another server please more details

Previous version can't do transactions based server. Use newest version....

Try to write PM 1 & 309 without "Super SD Auth", of course you get error in writing but let it finish then do "Super SD Auth". I've tried that before with 7210s also and it works.
