Why manole you block my box????

i spent a fortune on credits to unlock iphone,95% all failed, i purchased credits through gsm server and quite rightly within my rights requested refund,which i got,i could not use the credits for iphone as the service is not working good enough to be charging customers and it not working, i have still lost around £300.
the issue is either you or gsm server have blocked my hti card, although i will not be using to unlock iphone i can not use for nokia unlocking, did YOU or was it gsm server that blocked the card and if so for what reason, if you are treating all your customers like this you will not have many left as they will just buy other products, if it was gsm server that blocked the card they should have no right to as i did not even purchase it from them.
you can not carry on taking money and then the service not working and expect your customers just to lose a lot of money without asking for a refund, i sent you loads of pm but never got a single response regarding the issues with swisscom etc.
SO ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS IF YOUR CUSTOMERS DEMAND A REFUND FOR A SERVICE YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE YOU BLOCK THEIR CARD?
THIS SERVER YOU STARTED WAS A BIG MISTAKE AS THE NOKIA SODE,SL3 HASH READING ETC WAS PERFECT - JUST MANOLE PLEASE MAN UP AND TREAT YOUR USERS FAIRLY - IF IT WAS NOT YOU THAT BLOCKED MY HTI THEN I APPOLOGISE BUT SUGGEST YOU E-ACTIVATE IT SO I CAN AT LEAST USE IT FOR WHAT I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED IT FOR UNLOCKING NOKIA
