Why my card is blocked after buy 100cr HTI Iphone Online Unlock?

First i try to check HTI credit is 100cr

after a few minutes i will check again and my credit is 0cr

i try to check one imei and i see my card is blocked why?

Because PayPal considered that your payment was not done by the owner of that PayPal account and thy open case.

Because we have increased the income into our PayPal account with more then
100 transactions/day, we have agreed with PayPal to check all our transactions
and if they found something strange in buyer account, they will review all this
strange transactions.

We have implemented a automatic system to blacklist HTI serials and paypal
email accounts of all this type of possible fraud transactions.

I do not say your transaction is fraudulent, I just explain you how our system
against frauds is working now and you are the only one who can lift this blacklisted.
