why not any answer about dead boxes


Why there is not any answer about the dead boxes?
i see many people have the same problem, this can not be a coincidence.
like here this morning.
hti orange conected, working fine, and in 1 momento it goes off and never works anymore, not even the light goes on.
seems the problem es after te last update.
a problem is normal, but why not any answer not any explenacion??????
we payed for the box, many of us have still credits, like me.
what is happening?
just a explinacion please till there is a solucion for this

it is the fact that i love to use mxkey and so do many other users, that's why i prefer to buy hti for more expensive price but stable like ufs, not easy broken or damaged like recent ones (green n orange). can u do it mr manole?

i havent bought orange to replace my dead green, same hardware i guess, so it will be same result at the end. dead without knowing what's wrong.
