i want to know why some dct4 phones resert after rpl

After writing rpl just write good pm, Init Simlock and do full UI settings.

as my advice you need to check IMEI of UEM before make RPL it can be read while you make in ASK file , if something strange than digits like : , or something
then you need UEM changed , also check phone restart after 32 seconds ? if yes still you need to replace UEM

Restart problem is not a problem of rpl check your phone hardware.

u have 2 check ur mobile bus check info first
u will see uem imei and phone imei
if ur uem imei is incorect in any number,so u have problem in uem
