Hi,

Here comes the answer why SO MUCH PEOPLE REPORT DAMAGED JAF BOXES AFTER FIRMWARE UPDATE:

Is very clear:
Raskal Potato Man and J.A.F. Coder released this 1.98.65 update
(who FORCE all JAF Box owners to upgrade firmware) to
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE JAF BOXES to "prepare" sales of JAFBOX2
what will be released in near future.

would u be willing to pay for new security smartcard ?? to protect JAF

Who not trust, just take a look in ORIGINAL JAF EXE and search for this strings: "JAF2" and "jafbox2.dll", or take a look at unpacked version here:
JAF 1.98.65 full Unpacked

And of course, from Raskal Potato Man will get this answer:
"bla, bla, some hardware damages, please contact your reseller if your box is under warranty, if not, one JAF Box costs 15 euro ..."

with last JAF 1.98.65 and all other next updates.

All is ok only i not update my jaf box using jaf 1.98.65 i use only potato updater recommended by mxkey and now i can't update to other firmware !!

So what is wrong ??

i Cant Restor my Original JAF Firmware 01.B2 after update to 01.B4 with JAF V66beta2.
i Using "Potato JAF Box Firmware Writter" V2 and V4 but same always 01.B4

me too, my JAF box cannot change to other firmware, i try n try again but always shown 01.B4, it's OK before (01.B1) But now I can't use JAF Software for flashing (i use a crack of P-Key Donggle)

There is many kind of UFSTools(To Repair UFS) but there is no tools to repair JAF, If there any kind of tool to repair JAF Box please Upload it

but if there is no kind of tools to repair JAF Box**it's will be a great things if Mx-Key Team create a JAF Repairing Tools** To Fix The Problem

Using the emulator is same like you are using original software.
It is not a crack, is an emulator.
