| Gpg hwk problem Recently i brought a box i used only 20 time .i found on nextday that not showing hid hwk not found then asking for string???...what may be problem the box is in warrent even i can't open it fix hwk chip........ Again i got a box from reseller and found same hwk not found enter string new box......what is happening pls..replay |

| it is ok you can check with your Resller for replacment box came with 6 mounthes Warranty |

| As i found that plastic casing holding pcb in too loose hwk mounting is loosen, not like steal box pcb fitted in grove track thats why even box falls pcb diidnot move and hwk also mounted tightly...as i found from new box i test 3/4 boxes even shaking in hand when i connected hwk not found..i supprprised this big company so much reputaion how can make this box so...badly even shaking a box in hand hwk not found pls...need modification .i am attaching screen short of soft that problem in gpg hwk box in plastic casing |

| I have tested my stock in factory and didn't have any problem while shaking. I have made a new warrenty stick ' Original HWK inside' that I will provide with all complete box we sale. Also I will make you video with some testing with checking and all to show u this is not a problem. I am sad to see you kind of happy to announce this problem. We are working so hard to make user happy with best products. We have been working for 2 years non stop 18H/ day to get a name on a hard competitive market. When I read your word I really feel you are so happy to find a problem on gpg products makes me feel so bad. Don't you think a " Kindly check on your HWKBox it seems too loose to hold the HWK it might be removed" would have been enough? Anyway, I have tested this today my self in factory and don't seems a problem. I will make something on this matter to be sure it don't happen in any cases. So for now please use your HWKBox as an unlocking tool not a shaker. Thx Christophe |
