Hi friend. Are you tried installing box on another computer.
Try in clean windows and use correct drivers maybe drivers or latency problem.

i think your box probleme.although already tested by GPG,it's posibble hardware probleme when shipping.
for detec J132 you need to check signmode and holding 2 +5 and power on.
