| NEW HWK BOX problem when i try to go to support 1) unexpected exception: cannot get valid data from server! please check your internet connection and try again!  just got box today cannot go to support site it says cannot get valid data from server ! please 2)check your internet connection and try again my internet works ok please i need help |
