Free update for all ALC Service Tools owners.

This update works ONLY on MARTECH Box II plus or MARTECH Clip or Box II Lite.
A new module (ALC2 Service Tools) has been added, it includes:

- reset code read out
- NCK read out

New update for ALC Service tools are coming soon as well as:
