my martech BOX II PLUS not work after get update

Martech Box II.
Device type : BOX II PLUS [SN: 0E.............. ]
Status : BLOCKED

what is the cover of your box plastic or metal ?

So you don't read carefully, ALC2 works only on BOX2+/CLIP/LITE as it was told many times..

On BOX II you can run ONLY ALC(latest 9.4)

New Alc update works only with martech box II plus, lite and clip. If you have one of these boxes and have bought Alc activation, we made the update for free. If not,unfortunately, you have to buy it.
