I tell you one thing we can not do these stupid things segir, why not give me back my money and stay in peace for that? you do not know what problems I have with my clients. thank you very much

no need to beg i dont refund
if there is no code available ,use other service , this rule is normal i can see u have only 2 posts so il explain to you how it works

if you buy 50 credits and submit a service and there is nothink available , you keep credits they dont expire and use for another service

imagine you have 23 credits left and you submit a service for 2 credits and code doesnt come back will you get upset and say hey mate i want my 23 credits back because you didnt get my code and im very upset ?
it dont work like that

I placed an order for Lumia 800 orange/tmobile UK service on 4/3/12. It's now 4/13/12. What gives? I can see why people here are dissatisfied with your service; your communication with your customers isn't well.
