sidekick pv300 how to enter unlock???????

anybody can't help me,how enter unlock code in the.......because went i put non accepted sim,nothing happen...........try to dial the code from my supplier,say emergency call only.

How to insert the Unlock CODE into your T-Mobile Sidekick 2009 Orchid PV300

Insert a not accepted SIM Card and turn ON your T-Mobile Sidekick 2009 Orchid PV300.

A dialogue screen will prompt you to enter the Unlocok CODE.

The box will say:
Title: Special Code Required
Dialog: Enter Code to enable SIM
Box for Code: 1-8 digits
Options: Enable or Cancel
In the upper right corner, the SIM is flashing where the signal strength should be. On entering the Unlock CODE, a dialog box comes up saying "Authenticating Code".
Your T-Mobile Sidekick 2009 Orchid PV300 is now unlocked!
OR
Insert a not accepted SIM Card and turn ON your T-Mobile Sidekick 2009 Orchid PV300.

Your T-Mobile Sidekick 2009 Orchid PV300 will prompt for Unlock CODE.

Enter UNLOCK CODE

Your T-Mobile Sidekick 2009 Orchid PV300 is now unlocked!

your phone is already unlocked enter sim pin like your providers 0000,1122 etc and select network

i have the same problem as well,
i think our phones are not recognising the sim card,
so maybe we will have to repair the sim reader on the phone sir

i have 3 device all read code sucess

only one after reboot unlocked done, Never enter unlock code only signal full and accepted sim card Telcel Mexico.

but in other 2 device no signal and show "?" and reboot 3 times and not ask unlock code, i have hard reset via keyboard "r" and turn on the phone but not ask unlock code. (this 3 devices i check ask unlock code before try with software)

please how enter unlock code after use this software or any solution??

Sidekick Pv300 at the moment can be unlocked only if its detecting sim card and asking for unlock code . Phones which ask for code on inserting sim card ,only those phones work fine .so plz check these 2 things before unlocking .
