You have to use E 960 solution. it is at the server. Instead of the charger, you need to use usb cable, then you connect it with your computer. If the router is not detected as a modem, you need to connect for one second pins tx and rx usb conector

problem solved

thanks friend for helping , problem from simcard , i connect it again and martech read it as locked , i unlocked it and router work 10000 % .

I found this info from the net:

You can however still try the following method to unlock your phone.
1 - Switch ON your Huawei B970 Router with a NOT ACCEPTED* SIM Card,
2 - Enter the Unlock Code.

*NOT ACCEPTED : We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Huawei B970 is locked to.
