Hello,
Support is needed. I have paid for unlocking my Huawei E220 modem and waiting for your e-mail, instruction how to unlock it. I haven't received any message yet from your side.
Please let me know how to proceed further.

Here is How to :

MODEMS -> HUAWEI -> E220

 

Huawei Unlocking instructions E220 model

1.  Remove SimCard and plug PCMCIA Modem
2.  Install drivers (from our support).
3.  If client will show "not supported firmware" read "WARNING" bellow.
4.  Click "READ INFO" to check simlock status(Enabled=Simlock is ON)
5.  Click "UNLOCK",wait when finish and enjoy.

WARNING: Huawei E220 cards must be flashed at least with firmware from support(11.116.05.00.00.B268) or newer!.
!!! Remove SimCard while simlock operation! Otherwise simlock status will be incorrect !!!

Manual how to buy and get credits for 1 minute 24/7/365 :

1. Select correct device type 
2. Pay by PAYPAL or Credits Card
3. Click "Get Login/Password" button in KKMC/KKSE EXE
4. Write payment details : Transaction ID / Receipt ID and email adres ( email adres mustbe same like you write for payment system )
5. Check mail box for kulankendi server access
6. By "copy/paste" write Login and Passwrord details to correct places in KKMC/KKVip Client EXE .
7. Select correct model from list and in left window you see step by step manual for unlocking your mobile phone or data card .

Hi, I have noted this information on website and paid for credits to obtain login/password to unlock the mdem. So I was woundering if some one could help to get in touch with Kulankendi team. Becuase on their website, the forum link directed me here. Where will be the right place to contact? I also sent messages from their contact us tab but no reply. Thanks for reply in advance.
