Hi, in new martech MDM support button do nothing for me, any solution?

run mdm support manager -setings - select Use Passive Mode and OK

siemens support menager open and i can download files but mdm don't open any window, olny do inactive window when click support.

More details is needed: what pc system, box/key?

here all is working good and nobody except you is complaining so.. did you check on other pc ?
