i hope you already see tutorial of update frimware of box from 1.23 to 1.31, if yes then use my method to update your box.
open exe of update
disconnect box from PC
press and hold reset button on box and connect again
select right com and update file then click Start
when blue gauge start then you can release reset button
when update finish reconnect box with PC
its Done, now you have version 1.31
