Always problem on new update for masterbox - GSM-Forum

Hi mastertool team,Always when I try to use new update for mastertool I can't use than to face problems,connection fail,I can't format,pin out find well CPU like SPD,on MTK It is big Problem to do any action,until I decide to use old updates which had been released long
time ago,the problem come on new CPU I can't work.
What is the problem with new updates?Please master team fix this bug so that we can enjoy to use your product not face problems every time.

wht is condition of the phone and which mtk cpu u facing this problem?i mean u face this problem in dead phones or also on phones?

I mean to remove password,write imei,bad software on phones,esp on Mediatek Cpu like 6252 or 6253,this mtk cpu I can not find pinout,
But on SPD cpu I can not format or some time my PC stuck or restart pc.
