Thank you for reply , i did install dotnetfx35 (it was already installed) but always the same error , even i tried in another pc.
here the message that appears when i run master tool exe file :

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.
if you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue
if you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

input string was not in a correct format

100% netfirmware problem bro
1) Goto control panel
2) Goto addremove program
3) Remove all netfirmware file
4) uninstall mastertool
5) delit mastertools folder in C/program/mastertools
then restart you PC
now install all netfirmware file
then install mastertools setup
restart PC
your problem will be solved

Don't Forget to Install dotnetfx35 (231 MB Size). Other All Net Framework & necessary Files (dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64,vcredist_x86,wic_x86_enu, WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86) Added in main Full setup.

I followed all the steps in my laptop and in pc-home (home computer) but always the same message appears even with the latest update .
