| Need Help Dear Users And Product Managers I have a problem and need your attention from all of you. I have a mobile MBD M8000 the customer came to me with the complaint that when i on mobile Bluetooth it starts searching and often restarts i decided to flash it then i took a same mobile but Model was not same i flashed with that file and set dead now when i tried to write its backup it connects well but when starting flashing it disconnected. I brought the same set with same model and keeps its backup but the set neither flash its own backup file nor read flash file...I am Much confused what to do. Will any of you help me to solve this problem? |

| i did the same.. i re-flash it with its backup file but the mobile hang and restarts or show searching then restart i have requested the same flash file but none give me the exact flash file.... Waiting for your reply..... |

| Respected Sir I write the flash backup on 115200 rate but no result, when go on Bluetooth and on it it hang on Switching for a long period of time please tell me either it can be HARDWARE problem or Software Problem..... Regards.... |

| Yes Sir the phone is alright and working fine but may be there will be some hardware problem but customer claim that the set is only 2 days old purely new....... |
