Here i will start All about Mastertool errors and solutions

1.What is this error ? When i install dotnet3.5 than show this error

A:- U need install frist WINDOWS INSTALLER
Than install dotnetfx35 (231Mb Standalone version) dotnet3.5

2.If u get this errror Tridents. Form

A:- Before Going any process must be chak in ur pc installed dotnetfx35 than chak this way

remove all other boxes

remove the OLD SPD setup installed

delete the SPD folder from C:\Program Files\MasterBox\

Now install the latest spd setup.

3. If u get this error while Pinfinding,flashing,formating time

1.Change Other cable then chak
2.Change Baudrates then chak Still same
3.Try to find Boot key then Show his root key

How to find boot key here is tha full info chak it

Ex:-if ur phone Bootkey is "0" and "2" than u can do this way

connect phone with master box
click scanUSB
after click ScanUSB Press "0" and "2" on phone
when ScanUSB Done Leave Button
Click Read Info and again Click "0" and "2" on phone
when Done Leave Button
Click Read Flash And again Press "0" and "2" On Phone
when start Reading Flash File Leave Buttons

Aftert do still same Pls contact me or our team

What is this error ? Why this error comes While Flashing Mtk phones

After Click Read info Failed Show this

What is this error ??

Solution :-

Change cable then chak
Change baudrates then chak
Use boot key while Read info then chak

If still same then go hardware [Rehot cpu or reb0l ]

Some user think this problem comes to Flash id not supported its worng

If u got this error its meen ur flash id not supported our Database
Contact our team with full detailes We will give u update with in 30 Minutes

Mastertool log info
Cpu name (6600L2 or l3 ect..)
Need flash chip Number

Hi team,
I am using this nice device for my first time, i have not been able to locate the pin-out of a single phone though they are detected by other tools. maybe its because i have not correctly connected the box. Installation is properly done but i dont know where to connect this usb cable.
plz assist

This For Extra Usb Power Its Help In Proper Power On Handset.

Cozz ur windows Os is not full Updated version thats why u face this error

Solution

Must be use Box New firmware
U must be install dotnetfx40 full version

100% Ur problem Sloved

If u got after same problem
Last setup install dotnetfx35 Standalone Version (231Mb)

@ To all Mastertoolsbox Users

If u use Master tool Don't use Internet Modems in same PC
If u use Same PC U have face many More Problems Like Spd drivers Hang etc ..
That's why we are Recommend to our users don't use Internet Modems in same PC.
Soon We will give Solution
