Question Instant but not instand delivery

I have a problem in ordering Setool 30 logs and still waiting for instant delivery because is writed in site instant delivery

OK apparently no one is on-line and it's normal we are 1 and no one work

Still waiting...
Perhaps some one can tell me the time to wait for delivery?
Or if some one sell setool credits today ?
I have 2 se to unlock for my families and they will go the 3(sunday)
Thats why I need them urgent...
If no I will unlock by imei...if possible.

After spending my day trying contacting gpg staff and connected to forum also...pm's etc ;f***ing day searching x ,y,z
I ordered codes for my 2 pour phones(instant this time lol)
Also it's not so serious from your side when peoples send's PM's and after gpg stuff goes of-line(You can answer not for now wait till Monday or till x days...)
I will buy my logs from some one else...
Can you refund ?

I have buyed unlock codes for the phones and I just buyed 30 logs from some one else.

Christophe you really need to improve the communication with customers...
Person read what I ask in my tickets and update me with mail - ''still waiting the logs from setool'' BUT i already buyed logs from someone else!
I want the refund of the money thats all but it will be difficult if nobody read my tickets on gsmsp or my thread in this section - gsmsp section right ?
Someone here ?
It's frustrating this situation.

OK definitely nobody read here.
Read my ticket please and read it well , stop update the ticket with ''for tomorrow credits here...'' because I DON'T NEED THEM NOW I already have credits for setool what's so difficult ?

Sorry about this... Just replied to PM and checking now why no one replaied you here.

I am waiting credits delivery. It is delayed because of Chrismas season... Really appologise about this
