And everytime we complain, you send message of peace to calm us! you really are mocking us!! every day , you Ivy tells me that 2 or three products are not available. and she want to put aside my money for the next order, there will not be a next order. Do you know why? because i did not find the credits on my account and you are playing with people's money. When i make an order, this is not to save my money on your bank account (what you call credits), i make an order because i need products. Last order, i found three "used" spare parts. in a very bad state. Are you selling used products?? |

| the product is good but the support is bad, why they are allowing those kind of Sellers here? May be because they are paying a large amount for this section. |
