ok, no problem, finally I could get my goods but I can not go to support area to activate my dongle (I bougt 3).
I get this message in all dongles:

Oh snap!
Cannot login you at this moment. Your dongle data is: username FGBOXXXXX, serial number 9026XXX. Please contact your reseller!
I will send you complete numbers by inbox.
