Hi! Today I have recived my order. Everything was ok except this:

I orderer #11891# UFCV2 with 8 cables

and I get this:

I think this is UFCV1, ins't it?
And there is not clip in the box.
What can we do?

Solved. They return money to credit. How can I get a clip??
