Exclamation Riff box not activated


I purchased
RIFF BOX in 2013 (with invoice demonstrable)
RECEIPT
it has not been activated AND I CAN NOT INSTALL
and is without SMART CARD
paid € 100.00 and sent email HAVE FOR ACTIVATION
but no response from the contacts that I have made from previous orders
Then answer me a contact from GSMSP after my many insistence and tells me that I have to pay for ACTIVATE RIFF BOX
paid via CREDIT CARD € 80.00 for ACTIVATION BOX RIFF, as required by those who worked to 'internal GSMSP, but no answer THEN AND MONEY LOST
money badly spent on a RIFF NOT WORKING
with them the same money would buy from MALTA,
PLANET TECHNOLOGIES, activated and running
mr. Christophe Excellent person
but those who work for him, they are useless and not able to do their jobs
BUTTERO VIA RIFF BOX NOW

I have also bout Riff and not able activated contacted them and said send it back! but sending it back is difficult b/se of my country's custom laws! hence lost my money!
