SETool Credits Instant Delivery Not Instant Still Waiting - GSM-Forum

Please check order #7799771406 paid for 30 SETool Credits today showing instant delivery but has now been 4+ hours and order is showing as paid but pending and i dont have any username and password, Please can you get this corrected as soon as possible, as i promised the customer his batch of 22 phones unlocked today and have now had to do them at a discount price on the promise to have them ready by tommorow morning to stop him going to another store.

Credits where received about 11 hours after payment so all good now, is this service normaly instant or is this wait time normal so i know in future how long to quote customer if i get another big order, as i made about €0 profit on the last batch of unlocks after dropping my price to make customer wait extra day.

i pay activation for my dreambox se and after 8 days i still didnt get activation code

so im not setisfied
