Setool logs problem with order

Hello. I order by us many setool logs acount. But you have problems with purchase the logs. Why you have the problem? I need the logs quickly but I must wait about 3 days for the logs...

And now i cant check or use my setool logs, every time ive became bad username or password

when i would to check my setool logs he always give me bad username/password

3577531197 that is the order number, with the logs are still the same problem, I can't check or use them. Please check them for me or I would my money back for this acount...

I'm still waiting also for some one fix my problem!
Just want to specifies here not to receive later -hey your not a good man etc .Thanks! I received a reduction of 10$ woowww but honestly I will prefer to all to be ok, respect delay ,fix the problems to peoples, etc.
Christophe I thinks you need to make some serious changes to your workers....Hope this text will wake you up a littles. Were is the company were all the gsm peoples trust?

You should first test if this acount is activated and then wrote me the messaege that is activated!! I still became answer from server bad username/password
