Dear Sir,

pls noted that the order 8593399122 which is placed in Jan.1st have been sent out in Jan.12rd. the delivery company give us the feedback that you have receive the order on January 19, 2010.

regarding to the order 6796004102, pls noted that we postponed to send you order out because we were in holiday for the Chinese New Year holiday and your order have been ready 2 days ago but you keep asking us to refund to you. this is the reason we did not send your order out. Maybe there is some confusion about that. sorry for the incovience put for you. would you like us to send your order today and we will send you the tracking immediately.

my only request was to send the order quicly cause i'm in late with my custumers and to advice before holydays on your shop
i am also sorry for all but the reply i've received is
