Hi I have a problem with my box in Order ID: 9857807898

Box has a problem with RJ45 port, when I use soft says "data card not found" and soft crashes.

Alredy trying to solve but no answer from you.

How? Where are correct drivers? Because drivers are different of original Z3x Box.

Thanks for your answer, but where are smart card drivers as the one inZ3x card drivers are not valid.

uninstall all driver and shell,install jaf pkey driver,and shell too,then install only box driver from shell

My z3x box from GPG has finally faulty: I'm trying to unlock E1190 and "card removed" and windows restart.

Please, don't say drivers problem or usb problem: box it's bad and I want to return!!

bro just remove the card put in jaf p-key

all done

i think the box cannot handle the card

Thanks bro for your help, finally solved!

I did this:

1- open box, take out and put again smartcard. Result: still problems.

2- quit smartcard and put in pkey reader & use z3x GPG box as interface. Result: soft it's stable but when use box as interface STILL PROBLEMS!!!

3- final solution: use smartcard with pkey and another box (nano box) as interface. Result: ALL OK.

Conclusion: z3x box from GPG = BAD.

Any solution? Can I get another one or credit back?

Allways problem with you: same order, SAGEM 5 in 1 cable not works, Blackberry 2 in 1 cable not works!!!!

I am also using same box which you using I have really no problem at all
And you can see if this happen to every one you will find lot of threads and posts about it so it's very rare case cause we have good quality control agents anyway contact me

maybe is windows problem, coz no one copy of windows is restard when card removed appear in sw, only if A modified copy of windows and is too fully of programs and crap.

so try in another pc, just for test, run windows 7 or win xp sp3 original, no copy modified.
