Anyone got 3.13 and does not mind sending it to me I would be really grateful.
I don't make a habit of asking for things, but I have bought double figures of this Se-Fighter & don't have access to support area????
I need to look after my customers, I know it's an out dated old fasioned thing to do but hay

Why you don't download it from our website ? Do you visit the correct one ?

Than click on "FREE SUPPORT AREA" menu item and input your username/password.

Username and password was chosen by you when filling out our registration form. And you did it since you received our access activation e-mail.

Should I send you your username/password to PM ?

Thanks I have finally managed to get access and download the ver 3.13

I think the auto response is very misleading and should say:-
"You don't have access to the soon to be opened pre-pay area, but you do have access to the free support area if you use the user name and password you have just registered with us and has now been activated for you."

Simple and to the point
