902 unlock probl help i have 2 phone with different prob - GSM-Forum

hi
i have 902 which i unlocked but after unlock it says SIM MEP how to solve this problem ....
i have another 902 which i cannot unlock RSA

please guide me how to fix

you need to downgrade your software first.

You don't have to press Unlock RSA first.

Flash and Direct Unlock.

for flashing any further instruction the are 2 file in the support area intializeboot and the other is flash file what do i do with first file

flash the phone with sharp_v902sh_EURO_1.40h.flp and then flash with sharp_v902initializeboot.flp.
after that go to security tab and click unlock code.

THIS MY STEP 4 ALL CRUISER CUSTOMER
================================

1. please charge the battery fully
2. detect the phone with cruiser tool
3. after that flash the phone with Sharp_V902SH/802SH_Euro_1.40m
4. after that please unlock the phone
5. and then detach / remove the phone from cruiser cable
6. put the fully battery without sim card inside
7. power on the phone
8. wait until 10 minutes ( the screen will be white a while )
9. the phone will automatic shutdown
10.put out the battery and put the new simcard
11. and power on the phone
12. done 100 % work by me ( trust me )

remember !! the battery must be full first

and the default handset lock is " 9999 "
