hi,all

my installer cruiser ver 12.02 is good wrok,but installer ver12.10 for cuiser dongle not found.please help me,thanks

Maybe SW advise you to get 07-ID Mate.

try to uninstall the egate icluding your se tool( if u have) then install it again

Actually i had exactly the same problem with Cruisre 12.10 installed on Windows 98. Right after i installed new version it couldn't find dongle. When i switched to 12.02 it worked again. Maybe here is the problem. Of course i tried reinstalling drivers, to put dongle in diffrent USB port, done everything i could and there was no chance for Cruiser it see the donle again. Either it is a bug that will be fixed in new version assuming that it'll be released one day, or maybe Cruisre will no longer work on Win98 "powered" computers ;-)
