About SE-Fighter 4.31 chang language for K700 - GSM-Forum

I am poor Engliah. Excuse my poor writing.

I have SE-Fighter 4.31.and English edtion K700 and China_1 flash files for K700.
If I flash K700_China1_CXC125881_R2A041_Red_CID29.ARM back, I want to know SE-Fighter 4.31 can chang K700 language to Chinese?

No, Fighter can't yet change language in the new series phones.

only EMMA 2 with advanced service can change language and gdfs area with K700, K500, Z1010, S700 models. Normal EMMA 2 cards can´t do this. There are not much advanced service cards availlable.

I believe it's so if the phone already has that language pack you can upgrade the version...

Someone correct me...

You can, but only with EMMA 2 or SE Online updateservice.
If you upgrade with Fighter, Davinciserver or Totalserver you will be left with english language.

I have experienced this. The servers advertise that language changing is supported though... any workaround?

You can't write 6 M document language is in the EMMA2...

guys, maybe i need to say some words on servers and new SEMC language things?

let's clear thing out.

to change language, we need to write some kind of info into SEMC phone filesystem.
public SEMC loaders can't do it without kind of challenge-response routine, which can only be done through program inside of emma card.

(of course mighty guys such andro,lead and of course mr. zulea long ago doing it without card ... hehe ... )

so - we can't unlock loaders without emma card. usual common service key is ok for it.

next.

if special branded flash will arrives, then we can to safely change languages without any card...

to make branded file we need to sign flash with "production" or "red" key, it is rsa1024 data block.

(of course mighty guys such andro,lead and of course mr. zulea long ago bruteforced that pity key..

)

so, for poor us that way is closed again without card.

now about servers. server is "remote emma", thats says all.

now, there is another kind of flash . "upgrade" flash.
in simple - it is firmware upgrade. it can be done without any card at all.
you can safely upgrade/downgrade your phone with some tools (fighter (?) ,setool2,etc).

that is.

So I read that the ideal way to do this is to write/get special flashes flagged "red." Other flashes result in English only t9 because they were done as an upgrade and the languages the phone was expecting are missing.

Now the question is... if the servers are remote EMMA, then why Enlish only t9 after flashing ("upgrading") from the server? Is this only after language change?
