After format my laptop not working cruiser .
Install version 3.93 but nothing .
Please HELP

In other words, how do you know it isn't working?

Run the full Cruiser installer and make sure the driver installation checkboxes are ticked.

After that, connect your dongle with Device Manager open and see if it flashes. If it does, see what items are added and list them here.

Most likely it will work by then though.

install 3.93, 2 x restarts computers, 1x cruiser dongle + usb ports
100% success

I have the same problem on my second laptop and I never managed to fix it, it works on one of my computers so I'll survive - but it is annoying..

With laptop working perfect before format .
Now install version 3.94 but same problem

I have some problem - when plug Dongle to USB HUB - cruiser can't detect this dongle- but (mouse, cabel fighter, pen drive, Vygis) still good work on this HUB. When I plug to PC - dongle OK. USB is 2.0 and HUB is 2.0. Tray instal Chipset service pack from Your laptop (to USb, IDE, COM....etc driver) Standard driver in Windows Xp is for optional work laptop.

If you must use a USB hub (1 port, etc), try a POWERED HUB. Or try reconnecting the dongle after the PC is started already.
