press and hold the 2 soft buttons under the screen and then remove the battery cover and stylus to reveal the reset hold, then press the reset button then follow the instruction,

or with the phone off, press and hold the soft keys and then press power button and follow instruction.. this will hard reset the phone

I think any SE Box has the solution to unlock this phone.

it's manufactured by htc the same company behind all those lovely pocket pc devices being released. so check the forums
