reflash GDFS zone with setool, then flash ARM+AVR with DIV. If not succeed, You have damaged Flash-Chip. This is often problem in this crappy T610.

Also, don't use decustomize_v1. Use v2. That might have to do with your problem.

I have readed all information in working T610.
I have read:
IN LOCK section:
Save Security
--------------------------
In GDFS section:
Read GDFS Zone -> Security Data
Read GDFS Zone FULL options -> Security Data, Battery Calibration Data ,
Display Calibration Data , Audio Calibration Data , Radio Calibration Data

----------------------------------------------------------------

In READ section:
Read AVR -> full AVR
Read AVR -> firmware
Read AVR -> GDFS

Can not read ARM

What must i write step by step, did i must change imei like in good readed T610??
Directly write to GDFS - yes or no
Program otp imei - yes or no
write all readed GDFS?? (security, display radio , baterry), or onlysecurity??

To correctly change IMEI, first go to Security I. Change the IMEI listed therein to the one you want to use. Ideally, don't change the first "section" as this identifies it as a T610. Do NOT write OTP, but do write directly to GDFS.

Then, find the same version AVR that is on the phone now. Go to the flash tab and check off "Disable OTP IMEI Check." Then click flash AVR and use the same version that is there now. If you can't find the same version, you must also flash ARM.
