Box Login Failed


Hi,

Just unlocked a W550i using v9.64 - then noticed you had a new version available for download, so I downloaded v9.66.

Installed it - then I get the error message when open com's in Cruiser - Box Login Failed - and I cant use cruiser becuase of this, it's detecting the Dongle ok - but giving errors on com ports, I have checked and re-installed all neccessary drivers etc, but this is not fixing my problem, this seems to be problem since I re-installed cruiser with the update, also the old version has stopped working now.

What could be the cause of this...

Ok - my problems seems to be activation.

Have tried it on 4 machines now and the same on each machine, my dongle is fine, it's I.D read ok and its S/N is shown correct.

I have double checked inside the dongle - to ensure that there was no dust or damage etc, everything seems fine, read dongle id in original smart card reader, then tested with 3 more smart card readers, a vygis one, infinity, thunderstorm.

The card works in all them, but same error...

here is my id. BC8B13D539C7CFB12ADF47D766AA4565-86

I have also give this to my reseller who said he will email to you guy's (it's completefone ltd, was complete gsm)

Please help me sort this.

finally - one more thing, there was two screws missing from my philips smart card reader - can this be explained? first time i opened it was today and there was no screws, there was clips - but no screws, even tho there is some screw holes near usb connection. - i never noticed in the past becuase we tape up our dongles with labels on so we know what theyre for.

oh well - please help guy's.

Seriously - you need my SN.

Why would I give it someone who is not part of Cruiser team, or are you?

Finally - wasnt trying to be rude by that, but - usually you get advised to not share S/N etc...

If you want it then I will PM a screenshot of it, thats best I can do, don't want to risk posting it on the forum for everyone to see.

@mobileextreme: There are no Cruiser clones, so you can safely PM your serial number to someone, especially such as PremierGSM who is trustable.

Hi,

No worries Muppet - I have done so, now awaiting an activation code, Cruiser team not been here for past few days - just when you need them eh... typical of me...

Oh well - can you suggest anything Muppet? I hate using USB-Smart.
