Box login failed! after upgrade to 8.10 - GSM-Forum

I got this message just after I upgraded to v8.10. Before this I was working perfectly (I have unlocked a K608i today).

What is the problem? I got the upgrade from Figther to Cruiser long time ago from www.unlockcellular.com

Unlock Cellular asked us to blacklist only one card, and it was several months ago.
So I doubt your card was blacklisted.

Try restarting your PC, cleaning smartcard and reader pins.
If it doesn't help, put here your Card ID.

I have been working fine today with 7.15 version. That was the last version I had installed. I flashed a K608i with no problem, and downloaded the 8.10 version. I did not change anything else. After installing the new version, I have this problem.

I have cleaned smartcard, and also I have switched the reader with the one from Infinity box, with the same results.

Card s/n is xxxx-xxxx. My original s/n for Fighter Pro was 00013.

Another problem I had is that when I received the new card I did not checked it (my fault) although I asked for a Pro16, as I was coming from an original Fighter Pro smartcard. I don't know if this could be solved so many months after it... but it doesn't really matter.

Your was not banned.
Read your card ID and post it here.

Settings Window -> Licensing page
press Read card ID

I'll generate an activation key for you.
If that won't help there is a problem elsewhere (card, PC)...

I'm posting card ID from Licensing page that is exactly what he has asked me for. He already have my dongle ID.

Yes, exactly. My ID is ok, when attempt to open any com-port window I get "box login failed" message.

No my card doesn't work any more. Tested on v7.15, v8.0, v8.10...
