where does it say that cruiser supports w810i? it doesn't, so your phone is dead and you cannot recover yet.

The Cruiser site claims "Full support for red/brown CID49 phones", so no wonder people get confused.
Anyway, your phone is dead for now. Let hope Lead has a few tricks up his sleeve

If you had done search you would have found w810i is not supported yet, it should be within next update soon,
