Can`t connect W910 or K850?? - GSM-Forum

I have a problem connecting W910 or K850. I tried 2+5, 2, C, 2+*,8+* and every time phone turns on like usb mass storage. Anyone knows whats the problem? I use usb cable. I can`t flash or unlock this phones.

Do you have Generic Flash Driver installed?

These phones have to be connected by holding 2 and 5 on DCU-60/65 cable.

Computer automaticly see phone as usb mass storage and don`t ask for drivers.

drivers problem.. check your computer out.

Be sure, you are connecting turned phone off (reinsert battery, do not power the phone on) while holding its keys 2 and 5.

If the problem is still there, reinstall OS may help or check USB voltage, etc

I tried many times, but without success. Other phones with holding C or 2 & 5 like M600, K800 or K550 i connect without problem.

install this package: http://ma3.extranet.sonyericsson.com...ri-1.1.0.0.zip and then reboot your PC

try again when restart is done.

Install latest Sony Ericsson Update Service (Update_Service_Setup-2.9.2.12)
Test run SEUS to see if connect

Bad contact or short circuit... Make sure your phone have no hw problem and check phone connector...

Try to Clean connector, change USB port.
