Can`t unlock w910i - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone!
I have a problem to unlock my SE W910i .

09:35:48 SE Full Unlocker v2.11 by Cruiser Team
09:35:48 Initializing...
! 09:35:48 1. Please see the documentation first (a PDF installed with the application)
! 09:35:48 2. Make sure the appropriate phone modem drivers are installed
! 09:35:48 3. Fill in the connection settings under settings tab

What does it mean?

W910 is A2 phone.......need credits...

@Olegas

"Login to server failed" logically means that you didn't enter password. If you will have any other problems, ask your logs reseller for help.
