Can't connect a dead K800i to Cruiser !!!! - GSM-Forum

Hello Brothers
I have a K800i that doesn't power up but when you connect the baterie and press on the power button I get flashing red lights next to it.
did anyone had the same problem!
Can't connect it to cruiser or other online server

Please advise what to do next

what happens when you try it attach to Cruiser 10.05 ?

Nothing it just can't read the phone, cable is is fine because I can connect k750i with no problem

check if phone's battery is charged and if phone's connector is clean

I can read the other k800i in less then a second but the dead one can't read at all.
Cleaned the connector but no luck

will try to replace it

me too i have same problem
the battery is ok ,and cable is good and also i can read other phones

does it need test-point?

I will try to open the phone and change the charging connector if posssible and let you know

Could anyone let us know what does the flashing red light (five or six times) next to the baterie means when you insert the baterie and press the on button on a k800i.
It must be software problem!!?

I have the same problem too

I already changed the System connector , but problem is the same .

I thin we have here a H/W issue .
maybe the ESD chip that is responsible for flashing line is damages !!
anyone has an idea ?

I also changed the connector but no luck

when I put the same connector in the other k800i it attach in seconds
Any other solution please

damaged hardware... why you guys think that any error can be solved by software way ??
