| this happens when you have mess up windows... also probably you have installed more versions of cruiser on your computer... so uninstall cruiser, delete all "Cruiser" folder, restart PC, install Full installation of cruiser and again reboot, then try... |

| yes this bug exist on some computers only way to customise on them such phones is use speed 115200 no way on higher. seems its bug in soft because in privious versions all was ok. |

| I have experiences that this is because of mess up system... try start device manager, go to View -> Show hidden devices and check how many "Unknown devices" you have... |

| i loose log with 10.10 but problem is exactly like 10.08 amd 10.09 , and last 3 days i dont have a problem in this pc only yesterday , i dont matter for credit loose , my problem is for my customer |
